Creative Kids Club
Tuesdays, February 20 to March 13
3:30pm to 5:00pm | $60
3rd to 6th grade

Sometimes kids create the best things when given the most freedom. In Creative Kids Club, we will provide really fabulous “found object” art materials (think everything from beach glass to metal gears to wood scraps) and creative prompts (make a monster, build a skyscraper, etc) – and then we’ll get out of the way.

The program facilitator will provide technical support and will teach students how to safely wield a hot glue gun, but this class is about giving children free reign over their imaginations. Children excel at “world-building” when given the chance – whether it’s creating an elaborate time machine or constructing a house for their favorite stuffed animal. Creative Kids Club promotes problem solving, critical thinking, and collaborative learning as students explore new ways to express themselves. Give your creative kid special time each week to let their imagination grow.

This is a four-week class. Registration fee includes all materials.
