New Year New Art

Tuesday through Friday, 11am to 7pm | Saturdays, 10am to 5pm
Suggested donation: $5

The “New Year New Art” exhibit is an invitational exhibit that celebrates regional artists and their latest creative work. This year’s exhibit features artwork by forty-seven artists.

The parameters of this exhibit are simple: all artwork must have been created since August of 2018. That’s it.

The result is a vibrant, diverse exhibit showcasing a range of styles and media including painting, drawing, ceramics, photography, recycled media, fiber art, and collage. Visitors will enjoy bold linoleum block prints, whimsical quilts, collage portraits, and Kentucky landscapes. Contemporary fiber art shares gallery space with ceramic sculpture, photography, and watercolor paintings.

Every one of these pieces is on display for the very first time – they’ve never been seen in Danville before! Many pieces are for sale and all of them are fabulous. Don’t miss this exciting new exhibit.
